| 25% deposit is required at time of reservation, with balance due upon arrival. 13% State Sales and Occupancy tax will be added to total. |
| Reservations are subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 3 weeks of occupancy will forfeit deposit. |
| All are complete housekeeping cottages, and sleep six people (2 adults and 4 children, or 4 adults). The cottages are rustic and do not have central heating or air-conditioning. They are also not equipped with tv, radio, or phone. However, you may bring your own portable tv, radio and cellular phone. |
| Linens (bedding and towels) are not included. However pillows and mattress pads are provided. A baby crib is available upon request. |
| Check-in time is Saturday at 4 pm. Check-out time is Saturday at 10 am. |
| Well-behaved pets are welcome, however all pets must be kept under control at all times, and leashed if necessary. |
